Property partners provide the parking area. We handle the rest, including the technology, signage, enforcement relationships, customer payments, and monthly reporting. Our role is to make parking easy for both the property partner and the customer.
How We Operate
SC Parking operates as a lean, technology-enabled business designed to make parking simple for both property partners and customers. Once a lot is activated, day-to-day operations are handled through a digital parking platform. Drivers can park and pay in less than a minute using their phone, while SC Parking manages signage, enforcement coordination, and monthly reporting. We handle the day-to-day operation and provide monthly revenue distributions.
